Community Alternative Program
Community Alternative Program (better known as CAP) is a program designed to assist adults with Mental Retardation /Developmental Disabilities that may need one on one support to reach their individualized goals. Under our CAP program, we actually have 3 services. 1) Day Supports, 2) Personal Care & 3) Respite.

Day Supports - This service is designed to assist you with your day to day activities and skill building.

Personal Care - This service is designed to assist you with your personal care activities. These activities include, but are not limited to bathing, clothing selection, brushing your teeth, etc.

Respite - Respite care is designed to give care givers a break from the continual tasks of giving care to their family members.

CAP is a Medicaid funded service and you must qualify for Medicaid to qualify for CAP.
